Karjakin won a really nice endgame after Carlsen ruined the pawn structure and tried too hard to get something out of an equal situation. Score – 4.5-3.5 in Karjakin’s favor.

World Chess Championship 2016 7th game

The 7th game ended in a draw as well and the score is 3.5-3.5. Playing Black, Carlsen missed 15…f5 (which could have given him a really good game) and 16…Rb8. In the opposite color B + Rooks endgame though Karjakin didn’t manage to make use of the extra pawn.
