This highly prestigious event started yesterday in Moscow. The first round was an incredible blow to Black pieces as White won 4 games and drew once.

It is always pleasant to see lots of very interesting and strong tournaments happening at the same time as you can watch everything or choose the ones you wish to follow. This week Tal Memorial had started, a match of 6 games (time control is 45 minutes+15 sec per move) is being played in Leon between Topalov and Vallejo Pons and tomorrow Women’s Grand-Prix starts in Kazan’!
