Another GP series event had come to an end! Mamedyarov became the sole winner with 7 points out of 11, Grischuk – 2nd with 6.5 and Topalov shared 3rd with Leko but had a better tie-break.

Both Mamedyarov and Grischuk lost their games in the penultimate round of the GP series but it didn’t change their position in the standings. Mamedyarov is 1st with 6.5, Grischuk is 2nd with 6 and Morozevich & Leko share 3rd with 5.5.
