Gelfand drew against Kramnik and thus won the 8th Tal Memorial with 6 points! Carlsen was 2nd with 5.5 and Caruana who shared 3rd-5th with Andreikin and Mamedyarov overtook them by tiebreak, winning the 3rd prize. It is impossible not to notice that after playing fantastically and leading the tournament for a long time, Nakamura lost 3 games in a row.
