Despite not feeling well in the morning of the round Carlsen easily equalized against Anand and drew. Karjakin drew Giri and joined the leaders. Aronian bounced back with a miniature win against Sokolov.

We have seen an amazing preparation of Anand yesterday! He prepared this line for his last years match against Gelfand. Karjakin had a difficult endgame against Nakamura but I didn’t find a clear win yet. Carlsen had a very interesting game against Harikrishna but Black made a mistake last.

After 4 rounds Anand, Carlsen and Karjakin lead the tournament with 3 points.The next group of players is on 2!
